  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Jewelry that has been worn, resized, altered, or damaged cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns or exchanges. If you received a gift, you may be able to return it by providing the order details from the gift giver.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry (e.g., engraved pieces or made-to-order designs) unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Sale or discounted items (unless explicitly stated in promotional materials).

3. How to Return or Exchange an Item

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Before returning your item, please contact our customer service team at info@elitegemss.com or 985-573-8957 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. We will provide you with return instructions and help resolve any questions you may have.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is defective or if we made an error in fulfilling your order.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your returned item reaches us.
    • Please securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags, and include the RA number with the return package.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund:

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your payment provider.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, such as for opened or used items, we may offer a partial refund based on the condition of the returned product.

5. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or product, we are happy to assist. The process for exchanges is similar to returns:

  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, but we will cover the shipping cost for sending your replacement item to you.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in ensuring that our products reach you in perfect condition. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us Immediately: Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide your order details and photos of the damaged or defective item.
  • Return or Exchange: We will offer you a full refund or exchange at no extra cost to you. We will also cover the return shipping fees for damaged or defective items.

Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. These items will be clearly labeled as “Final Sale” on the product page and during the checkout process.
